If you feel you have cause for complaint, please first contact your furniture dealers where you bought the product.
Documents
All documents concerning the purchase of the furniture should be kept in a safe
place even after the guarantee period of
2 years has expired. This will make it
easier for you to provide exact details of the model name, year of production,
etc. if required. This data is important if you require additional or replacement
parts at a later date.
Extent of guarantee
Our 2-years' guarantee applies to the quality of the materials and surfaces,
the correct functioning of movable parts, as
well as correct processing of the
product. An essential condition of the guarantee is that all units be assembled
by qualified assembly personnel observing our recommendations in the
assembly instructions. Exact horizontal and vertical positioning of the units is of particular importance here. Faulty positioning hampers or even prevents the
perfect adjustment and setting of doors and drawers. All anti-tilt devices, locks
and mountings that are provided must be fitted for safety reasons. We cannot
be held
liable for damage due to incorrect assembly by customers or failure to
observe the assembly instructions.
Tip
When planning your units, think about any special loads such as heavy weights which the unit might be subjected to.
The guarantee does not cover:
Damage arising from normal use by the customer, typical material wear,
environmental influences such as extreme
dryness
or moisture, extreme
temperatures, light, atmospheric conditions, incorrect or inappropriate use,
wilful damage, transport
and accidental damage, or damage due to excessive
loads or weights on individual components.
- Incorrect treatment of surfaces with inappropriate cleaning or polishing
agents and the customer's own attempts at
repairs or corrections to units also invalidate the guarantee. - The guarantee is limited to new products as from the date of delivery of the goods from our factory.
- The guarantee does not apply to showroom goods which have been assembled before.
- The guarantee claim is only valid for the matter of complaint and not for the entire delivery consignment; the claim applies to the fault in question being resolved.
- Jobs based on the guarantee are always carried out via the registered dealers and only on provision of the purchasing contract.
